Manganese is widely distributed in nature, and almost all kinds of ores and silicate rocks contain manganese. The most common manganese ore is anhydrous and water-containing manganese oxide and manganese carbonate. There are 150 known manganese minerals, but manganese minerals with high manganese content and economic value are only 5-6 types. Among them, the most important and most economically valuable are pyrolusite and hard manganese ore, in addition to manganese ore, limonite, black manganese ore, rhodochrosite and so on. The content of manganese in these minerals can reach about 50-70%, which is an important industrial mineral of manganese. The main uses of manganese ore are metallurgical industry, ferrous metallurgy, non-ferrous metallurgy industry, chemical industry. At present, the technological process of manganese oxide ore processing in China mainly includes three processes: crushing, grinding and beneficiation. Generally, the ore is crushed to 6-0mm or 10-0mm, and the coarse grade is eliminated, and the fine grade is sent to grinding. The commonly used crushing equipment is jaw crusher. After the crushed manganese ore is pulverized by the vertical pendulum pulverizer, the finished products of the specifications required in various fields are pulverized, and then the appropriate beneficiation process is used for beneficiation.

Customized Programs

Stage 1

 Crushing and screening, the large manganese ore is evenly sent to the jaw crusher or mobile jaw crushing station by the vibrating feeder through the silo for coarse crushing; the coarsely crushed manganese ore is screened by the vibrating screen After that, it is sent to the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher by the belt conveyor for secondary crushing; the manganese ore material after secondary crushing is sent to the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing.

Stage 2

Grinding, the manganese powder of 0-12 mm that has been screened by the vibrating screen is evenly sent to the ball mill for grinding, and is screened by the screw classifier, and those that do not meet the requirements are sent to the ball mill to continue grinding.

Stage 3

 Beneficiation, the manganese powder that meets the beneficiation requirements is sent to the magnetic separator for strong magnetic separation to remove impurities, and the obtained manganese powder is sent to the dryer for drying to obtain manganese concentrate.
