Crushing and screening. The large pieces of iron ore are sent to jaw crusher or coarse crushing mobile station through vibrating feeder for coarse crushing, after layer-by-layer screening, they are sent to single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. Then the iron ore material after medium crushing is sent to the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing.
Grinding, the iron powder that has been screened is sent to the mill for grinding, and it is screened by the screw screen, and those that do not meet the requirements will be re-grinding.
Magnetic separation, the iron powder is sent to the magnetic separator for strong magnetic separation to remove sundries.
