Primary crushing, the basalt bulk materials are fed by the vibrating feeder and transported to the jaw crusher for primary crushing, and then are screened layer by layer and then transported to the impact crusher or cone crusher by the belt conveyor for secondary crushing.
Secondary and third crushing, the materials after secondary and third crushing are screened by a vibrating screen, and the larger particles are returned to the impact crusher or cone crusher for re-crushing.
Sand making, the basalt after secondary and third crushing is sent to the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping. If clean basalt is needed, it can be put into the sand washing machine for cleaning.
