The processing of pebble is divided into three stages: coarse crushing by jaw crusher, secondary and third crushing by impact crusher or cone crusher, and sand shaping by sand making machine. Primary crushing, the bulk material of pebble is fed by vibrating feeder and conveyed to jaw crusher for primary crushing, then it is screened layer by layer and then conveyed by belt conveyor to impact crusher or cone crusher for secondary and third crushing.
Secondary and third crushing, the pebbles after medium and fine crushing are screened by a vibrating screen, and the larger particles are returned to the impact crusher or cone crusher for re-crushing.
Sand making, the pebbles after secondary and third crushing are sent to the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping. If clean river pebbles are needed, they can be put into the sand washing machine for cleaning.
