The beneficiation process of copper ore is mainly crushing - ball milling - classification - flotation - selection, etc. For rare and precious polymetallic ores such as nickel, cobalt, molybdenum, gold, etc., the crude copper concentrate can be separately flotated for nickel. concentrates, cobalt concentrates, molybdenum concentrates and gold concentrates.
Crushing and screening, the bulk copper ore is sent to jaw crusher or coarse crushing mobile station through vibrating feeder for primary crushing, after layer-by-layer screening, it is sent to single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing. The iron ore material after secondary crushing is sent to the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for third crushing.
Grinding, the sieved copper powder is sent to the mill for grinding, and it is sieved by the screw sieve, and those that do not meet the requirements are sent to the mill to re-grinding.
Beneficiation, the fine iron powder is sent to the magnetic separator for mixed flotation, and then the rest of it is sent to the dryer to obtain copper fine powder.
