Usually, the crushing process is mainly divided into two-stage crushing. First, the jaw crusher crushes the raw ore into small pieces of ore, and then sends it to the cone crusher to break the small pieces of ore into small particles of 0-10mm.

 The silo and vibrating feeder evenly transport the crushed ore of small particles into the ball mill for grinding, and then classify and screen by equipment such as classifiers and hydrocyclones until it meets the needs of the next-level production operations.
After the gold ore is mined from the mining area, it is first crushed by a large jaw crusher, and then sent to the powder ore bin. The screened ore is sent to the impact crusher, and then transported to the transfer bin by the conveyor belt. The finely crushed gold ore is sent to the vibrating screen for screening. The following is the grinding process of gold ore. The ore is discharged through the pulverizer and then processed and sent to the cyclone for classification. The qualified products overflow into the flotation machine stirring tank. The flotation machine fully mixes the pulp, medicine and air, and then forms bubbles to float on it. The gold-containing minerals are scraped out by the scraper, and then enter a groove washed with clean water and flow out. This completes the entire extraction process of the gold ore.

 The gold ore powder is purified by the concentrator, mixed with the prepared chemical solvent and sent to the CIL device system. After that, some tailings are removed, and the concentrate is sent to the electrolysis device for desorption. Finally,the target gold can be obtained by smelting.
